Sparkly Butterflies

We were challenged this week at Flutterby Wednesday to make a card using a sketch. I made a yellow and silver and white themed birthday card. The layout is simple and uncluttered, and as always at Flutterby Wednesday, it has at least one butterfly, which is so fun, anyway, that they almost don't even have to ask! :o) The background is yellow polka dots on a lighter yellow background; a white piece of cardstock was run through an embossing folder and a border is punched from a Martha Stewart edge puncher. The sentiment is made from a stamp I had and I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder.  The butterflies are punched out of white cardstock (another Martha Stewart punch) and spray painted with silver glitter spray. A silver bow finishes the project.

Here is the card:

And here is a close up of the heat embossed sentiment:

Romans 10:9-11
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT
