Perfect Peace GBCB-013

This week at Joan's Gardens I am entering a card that has vellum, butterflies  and  polka dots. The possibilities are endless with this combination, and it will be interesting to see what the other talented designers post as their entries. All the ladies who post there are super creative, and I have learned a lot by reading how they constructed their cards.

This card has a happy green and white polka dot background. It was one from a packaged box of A2 cards from Hobby Lobby. Next, a small piece of vellum is embossed with a Paper Studio EF. The sentiment is printed from my computer, and is framed with a Spellbinders die. I was so excited to get some new dies from Joan this week, and was really impressed with the Lorelai Leaf and Lorelai Leaf Cutout dies from Poppy Stamps.  The flowers are cut out in graduated sizes, stamped with ink to give them color, and pasted together and embellished with yellow rhinestones. There is also a vellum leaf cut from a die. The butterflies are from a Martha Stewart punch and a Fiskars punch.

Here is the card:

And here are the tools used to make it:

Spellbinders:  Labels 8; Foliage
Poppy Stamps:  Lorelai Leaf; Lorelai Leaf Cutout
Paper Studio:  Embossing Folder
Martha Stewart:  Butterfly Punch
Fiskars:  Tiny Butterfly Punch

Items listed in green can be purchased from Joan.

I am also entering this card at Word Art Wednesday.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. I always appreciate your visits. As always, God's highest and best to you today and every day.

Many rich blessings,

Ginny B.

Romans 10:9-11
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. NLT
